Abstract:

[Solution] A food slicer 1 for slicing an object to be sliced S through reciprocating motion, wherein a slicing part 10 is such that two band blades having a blade body and a back body serve as a pair of band blades that are arranged in parallel with the back bodies thereof facing each other, a position-adjusting means being arranged between the two back bodies of the two band blades, and a meander-adjusting means being similarly arranged.
