To provide a food storage enabling the storage of fried food product in a suitable condition.

The food storage includes: an inside box 21 which is provided while having a space between the inside box and a heat insulation box 2 and in which a storage chamber 20 is formed; a heat insulation box-side cool air passage 12 constructed between the inside box 21 and the heat insulation box 2; a door 8 of the storage chamber 20; a cooling device R circulating cool air in the cool air passage 12 to indirectly cool the inside of the storage chamber 20 via the wall of the inside box; a heater 31; ultraviolet lamps 33 and 34; and a controller C controlling the cooling device, the heater, and the lamps. In the food storage, the ultraviolet lamps 33 and 34 are turned on to apply ultraviolet light to the inside of the storage chamber 20 for sterilization, and also operations of the cooling device R and the heater 31 are combined to maintain the inside of the storage chamber 20 to have a constant temperature and constant humidity.
