Abstract:
To provide a food transporting system having high transportation efficiency of food.SOLUTION: A food transporting system includes a rail device 2, a food transporting device 3, and an operating device 4. The rail device 2 includes a rail 21, and positioning tags 22 arranged on the rail 21 with gaps therebetween. The food transporting device 3 includes a self-propelled transporting vehicle which moves along the rail 21 and transports the food, and a control unit for controlling the self-propelled transporting vehicle. The self-propelled transporting vehicle includes a base, a food supporting board arranged above the base and supports the food, and a moving tire module arranged below the base. The moving tire module includes a chassis pivotally connected to the base, two tires attached to the chassis, and two motors for driving the two tires. The operation device 4 receives operation and communicates with the control module to control the food transporting device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
