The food waste processor is a device which dries and processes food wastes and includes a processing tank 2 in which food wastes are casted, a depressurizing pump 3 that depressurizes the interior of the processing tank 2, a stirring means 4 that stirs the food wastes in the processing tank 2, a heating channel 21 formed along the inner wall surface of the processing tank 2, a heating wire 44 laid to extend along the center of the processing tank 2, and a compressor 5 whose suction side is connected to the interior of the processing tank 2 and delivery side is connected to the heating channel 21.
