Abstract:
To provide a food weighing and conveying apparatus which can cut out dried food more accurately than conventional apparatuses in a short time.SOLUTION: Provided are; a hopper 12 for storing ingredients 11; a plurality of pipe feeders 13, 14 connected to the lower part of the hopper 12; an electric motor 16 for rotating each of the pipe feeders 13, 14; one bucket 17 receiving the ingredients 11 discharged from each of the pipe feeder 13, 14; a solenoid 18 which opens and closes bucket discharge port 17a, and a load cell 19 connected to the bucket 17. Using the electric motor 16, the load cell 19 and the solenoid 18, the ingredients 11 from the hopper 12 is cut out and weighted, and the ingredient 11 at a target weight is conveyed by the bucket 17 in the food weighing and conveying apparatus 10 where one of the pipe feeders is a pipe feeder 14 for small amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
