The upward thrusting head 22 of an upward thrusting mechanism 21 is passed through a molded food pushing hole 12 made in each of conveyance frames 11 composing food conveying mechanism 4 movable in circle along a conveying path with molded food P placed thereon. Thereby, the molded food P is lifted and transferred to a wrapping mechanism 1 together with the wrapping member Q disposed above. The wrapping mechanism 1 includes a folding mold 24 in the form of an open frame in order to angularly fold the wrapping member Q sideways and lengthways from above each molded food P by the upward thrusting motion of the upward thrusting head 22. A sucking mechanism 25 for holding the opposite outside faces of the wrapping member Q is disposed on the wall faces of the folding mold 24.
