Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To level the amount of cooked rice of a measuring part.SOLUTION: A foodstuff processor includes: two axially divided leveling rollers 30a, 30b which are independently rotatably arranged and level cooked rice; two axially divided feed rollers 31a, 31b which are independently rotatably arranged and discharge the leveled cooked rice; a measuring part 10a which measures the discharged cooked rice; two sensors SRa, SRb which are installed between the feed rollers 31a, 31b and the measuring part 10a and detect the presence of the cooked rice on the measuring part 10a; and a control part which, when the cooked rice is not detected by the sensors SRa, SRb, controls so as to rotate the leveling rollers 30a, 30b and the feed rollers 31a, 31b corresponding to the sensors SRa, SRb to supply the cooked rice to the measuring part 10a.
