Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product refrigeration/heating chamber which can refrigerate and re-heating a food product, which can provide a food product which is heated properly.SOLUTION: A food product refrigeration/heating chamber comprises: a storage chamber 10 for storing a food product F; cooling means 32 for cooling inside of the storage chamber 10; heating means 33 for heating inside of the storage chamber 10; inside-of-chamber temperature detection means 36 for detecting temperature of inside of the storage chamber 10; setting operation means 13 for optionally setting an operation condition containing refrigeration temperature and heating temperature; refrigeration operation execution means for maintaining temperature of inside of the storage chamber 10 to set refrigeration temperature; and re-heating operation execution means for raising temperature of inside of the storage chamber 10 to set heating temperature, after the refrigeration operation, wherein during the re-heating operation, the temperature of inside of the storage chamber 10 is gradually raised in a manner of alternately repeating a raised state and an equilibrium state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
