Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food temperature controller preventing super heated steam and fine water droplets contained in a heating medium from being condensed in a fan and thereby enabling food to be heated effectively.SOLUTION: A food temperature controller 10 includes: heaters 20a, 20b; a heating medium generator 22; a fan 24; and a jetting part 25. The heaters 20a, 20b heat heating space S1. The heating medium generator 22 includes an electric heater 22b heating water or steam and generates heating medium containing super heated steam and fine water droplets from water or steam. The fan 24 generates air flow circulating heating medium along a circulation route containing the heating space S1. The jetting part 25 jets heating medium at a position on a downstream side with respect to the fan 24 in the circulation route formed by the fan 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
