PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food without unpleasant taste and unpleasant odor of soybean while using soybean powder and especially having suppressed bean smell, grassy smell, astringent taste, oily feeling (oiliness) and odor of oil, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: Food contains soybean powder and edible oil and fat, and the edible oil and fat contains triglyceride having a medium chain fatty acid of 50 mass% or more based on mass of the edible oil and fat.SELECTED DRAWING: None
