To provide a foot cover put on a bare foot, even when putting on a shoe such as a pump, the side parts of which are wide opened, preventing exposure thereof from the pump and little causing deviation and getting off when wearing.

A foot cover 100 covers toes and a sole including a heel but exposes an instep and an ankle. The foot cover is formed of a toe part 102, a sole part 104, side parts 106 and a heel part 108. The foot cover further includes an opening part through which the foot is put in/out, with it vertically reversed with respect to the sole part 104, a first elastic narrow-width fabric 112 at an upper edge of the toe part 102 forming the opening, and a second elastic narrow-width fabric 116 at upper edges of the side parts 106. When laterally viewing the footwear with it put thereon, the first elastic narrow-width fabric 112 and the second elastic narrow-width fabric 116 cross with each other at the vicinity of a boundary between the sole part 104 and the side parts 106.
