Abstract:

To provide a foot joint exercise device allowing a bathing person to get exercise in the relaxed state.

The foot joint exercise device 1 comprises a sole pad part 2 to be attached to/detached from a foot side face 101b of a bathtub 101, a driving means 7 for driving the sole pad part 2, and a control means 9 for controlling the driving means 7. The sole pad part 2 has four advancing parts 5. The state of each advancing part 5 can be changed between a standard state in which the surface is located on the same plane as the surface of a support cradle 3 and an advanced state in which the surface of the part is more advanced in the direction of separation from the support cradle 3 than in the standard state. The sole pad part 2 is attached to the foot side surface 101b of the bathtub 101, and the bathing person is made to get the passive exercise as the driving means drives the advancing part 5 with the bathing person's soles brought into contact with the advancing parts 5.
