The pneumatic pump comprises a pedal frame 2 operated by a foot of a user putting the heel on it, a ground contact frame 4 supporting the pedal frame 1 rotatably, a pneumatic piston 20 located on the upper side of the instep of the foot with the heel put on the pedal frame 2 and supported by the ground contact frame 2, and a driving force transmitting mechanism 25 for converting the foot-operated motion of the pedal frame 2 to the reciprocating motion of the pneumatic piston 20.
