To provide a foot-operated vehicle in which a technique more superior in the stability and accelerating performance than a bicycle is incorporated, capable of reducing the defect in the conventional vehicle, the embodiment being a substitute therefor, which runs with fossil fuel such as gasoline, light oil, etc. as finite resources with its price rising high and which leads to a waste consumption of the fuel and also exerts a great ill influence upon the CO2 problem closely associated with the global warming.

The foot-operated vehicle fitted with a flywheel is constructed small and allows easy riding like a bicycle, is arranged as maneuverable from the beginning without training, and capable of being equipped with an accelerating performance to the same degree as an automobile if a large-scale construction is taken.
