A footgear is provided with a middle bottom 11 having a middle bottom lower portion, an instep leather made of an outer material 17 and having an end area in a sole side, and a waterproof leather function layer 21 at least partially fleshing the outer material 17 of the instep leather inside the same and having an end area in the sole side. The instep leather 15 has a hanging margin area and, in the sole side, the end area of the instep leather 15 is connected to the middle bottom lower portion by hanging adhesive. A surface bottom 51 is adhered to the lower portion of the hanging area by surface bottom adhesive. The hanging adhesive is waterproof reactive hot melt adhesive.
