Abstract:

To provide a footgear with light emitting functions which enables a vehicle driver to distinctly recognize the presence of a pedestrian by luminous bodies suddenly emitting light by reaction from a specified distance with the irradiation light of the headlights of the vehicle in the nighttime, enables even the pedestrian to recognize the approach of the vehicle by the light emission of the luminous bodies at this time and is extremely helpful for preventing the accident in the nighttime.

A footgear body 1 is provided with a power source 2. The peripheral surface part on at least the outer side of the footgear body 1 provided with this light source 2 is provided with one to plural headlight sensing devices 3 detecting the irradiation light of the headlights of the viecle in an exposed state. The peripheral surface part on at least the outer side of the footgear body 1 is provided with one to plural light sources 4 which glitter via the power source 2 by the detecting operation of these headlight sensing devices 3 in an exposed state. The detecting degree of the headlight sensing devices 3 is so set that the irradiation light of the headlights is detected from the position apart a specified distance at which the vehicle driver can deal with the situation by the glittering of the light sources 4 while having allowance.
