The horizontal member connection parts are provided on the brace or the side face of the assembled brace at equal intervals. A plurality of safety belt hooks can be hung on the circular outer marginal parts, and safety belt hook hooking parts are provided at equal interval. Thus, an operator can hang safety belt hooks at close places always during working and also moving. Furthermore, the outer marginal part has a function of strengthening the receiving metal fittings. Moreover, safety is enhanced by a safety pin and the shape of the wedge part.
