Abstract:
This footrest 21 is turnably supported along the longitudinal direction of a seat by a link mechanism 30, and is adapted to be turned upwardly and forwardly from the bottom of an ottoman 14 to the front of the ottoman 14. That is, the footrest 21 is turned upwardly and forwardly from the bottom of the ottoman 14 supporting, from below, the lower leg region of an occupant 15 sitting on the seat, and thus the moving trajectory of the footrest 21 is located below the ottoman 14.
