Abstract:
To provide a footrest capable of preventing a person from fatigue when performing a work or study in sitting in a chair or stool for a long time.
An edge of an article such as a plate is raised and fixed for putting feet thereon. Accordingly, a load can be uniformly applied to the waist and femoral region to prevent fatigue for improving the efficiency of the work or study without disturbing the concentration thereto.
