Each metallic guide rail 5 is set to both symmetrical handrails 4, and a beam body 7 attached with two wheels 6, a hand winch 8, two rope guide rollers 9, two lifting ropes 10 and two guide rods 11, is straddlingly mounted on these symmetrical guide rails 5.
