Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footstool for ascending/descending movement capable of controlling the height, and acquiring synergistic effect of acupressure effect of a sole and blood circulation promotion by movement through stimulus to the sole by projections on the footstool or the like together with the ascending/descending movement, and usable for the ascending/descending movement anywhere regardless of the place without damaging the under surface of a footboard, the floor surface or the ground.SOLUTION: At least one or more height adjustment members 6 are connected to each lower end (end having a contact with the ground) of both side plates 1 of a footstool for ascending/descending movement for exercising by ascending/descending a footboard sandwiched horizontally between the two standing side plates 1. The connected height adjustment members 6 are folded to thereby lower the height of the footstool as much as a height portion of the folded height adjustment members 6, and the folded height adjustment members 6 are extended to thereby heighten the height of the footstool as much as a height portion of the extended height adjustment members 6. Thus, the height of the footstool is adjusted by changing the number of folded or extended height adjustment members 6.
