Title:
FOOTWEAR WITH ROUGHLY PLACED FOOTPRINT AND CUP INSOLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011041631
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method wherein the sections of the heel, the metatarsal bone ground contact surface, and the toes are made to sink in a footprint in a range being smaller than the average sinking range, and to provide a cup insole which prevents the deviation of the foot line after the insole has been plastically deformed in a manner to meet each foot sole from occurring from the beginning of the wearing of shoes, and deform-plasticizes so as to meet each foot sole.

There is provided one method in which in this insole, a wooden pattern of the footprint is made of a member which is easy to process at the sinking sections of the heel, the metatarsal bone ground contact surface and the toes in advance, and the wooden pattern is molded in a manner to sink in the range being less than the average sinking range. A member of three layers of a covering material, a low-density polyethylene and an impact absorbing material is pinched by a heated flat steel sheet, and the low-density polyethylene alone is thermoplasticized in. In another method, a member of two layers consisting of the impact absorbing material and the low-density polyethylene, or a member of the impact absorbing material alone is pasted to the wooden pattern of the footprint, and the member which has been shaved in parallel is removed from the wooden pattern, and the covering material is pasted.
