To eliminate the ambient environmental pollution and danger and continuously, efficiently and safely perform loading of soft mod to a distant destination by adding solidification agent to the soft mud supplied by a lifting and pump unit moved by a crane from a working craft to a barge, mixing the soft mud and forcibly feeding the soft mud by air.
A lifting mud pump unit 20 provided on a working craft 10 is moved to a barge 1 by a carne 60 and mud which is digged, agitated and fluidized is received from a mud take-in port at the lower end of a vertical type screw conveyor 30 in a buffer tank 70. Solidification agent is added to the mud from a mud fixed quantity supply feeder 80 provided on the inclined surface on the lower part of the tank 70, mud is mixed, compressed air is fed by a compressed air supply device 130 provided on the way of a discharge pipe 120 connected to a force fed pump 110, and the soft mud which is continuously taken in is transported by a pipe in a sealing state. As a result, the soft mud of thigh density can be stably transported to a distant destination without polluting a working site while a solidification treatment is automatically and continuously performed for the soft mud.
