Title:
FORCE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6435331
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a strain inducer from deforming plastically even when applied with a force exceeding its bearing force by providing a stopper mechanism which inhibits a displacement part from being displaced more than specified. CONSTITUTION:This force sensor consists of a 1st detector 1, a 2nd detector 2, and a housing 3. The 1st detector 1 consists of an annular fixed part 11 and three radial strain inducing parts 12 which connect a shaft 23 and the fixed part 11 and the 2nd detector 2 consists of the annular displacement part 21, a center shaft 23, and three strain inducing parts 22 which connect the shaft 23 and displacement part 21. When a specific load which is larger than rated and less than the bearing force of the strain inducing parts 12 and 22 is placed, a projection part 13 and a recessed part 24 operate as a stopper mechanism to prevent the strain inducing parts 12 and 22 from being applied with force and moment larger than a specific load.
