Title:
FORCED AGING METHOD FOR MICROPHONE USING METALLIC STOCK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3290115
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the aging effect and to increase secular stability of a microphone directly after the production, in the case of heating treatment at the time of producing a microphone using a metallic stock, by repeating a plurality of stages by rapid heating and long time stabilization.
SOLUTION: A microphone in which the attachment and assembling of the main parts are finished is charged to a heating furnace and is heated from a room temp. to 200°C for 1 hr. At this time, thermal impact is applied to mechanical strains and the creep of vibrating coating. After holding at 200°C for 5 hr, it is returned to a room temp. by natural heat radiation. It requires about 8 hr till it returns to a room temp. After that, it is furthermore left standing and is stabilized. This stage is repeated for 5 times, which is regarded as all stages. In this way, the microphone having stable secular characteristics directly after the production can be obtd., and since the period of stabilization over a long period can be obviated, the stabilizing period till shipping can be reduced, and high economic effect can be expected.
