Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device capable of automatically discharging foreign matter when the foreign matter gets caught between crushing blades.
CONSTITUTION: On one side of the upper end part of a crusher casing 1 to which rotating shafts 2, 2 of crushing blades 3, 3 are freely rotatably fitted, a foreign matter mounting seat 7 parallel to the rotating shafts 2 is installed. A door 9 having a swing locus in contact with the foreign matter mounted seat 7 is freely rotatably fitted to a guiding member 8 fitted on the crusher casing 1. When the foreign matter gets caught between the crushing blades 3, 3, the foreign matter is moved onto the foreign matter mounting seat 7 through the rotation of the crushing blades 3 and is repelled by the door 9 closed from inside to discharge it from a foreign matter discharge port 11.
