PURPOSE: To make the scissors easily useable by engaging a grip lever and a sheath member to each other at the time of use and forming a finger touch ring among a grip part, the grip lever and the sheath member, containing both edge parts between both the sheath members at the time of unuse, and folding the grip lever against the grip part.

CONSTITUTION: When both grip levers 8 are protruded from both grip parts 7 in a use state, and the tip parts of both the grip levers 8 are inserted and attached into engaging holes 15a of the tip parts 15 of both sheath members 13, a finger touch ring 16 is formed among the grip part 7, the grip lever 8 and the sheath member 13. In this inserted and attached state, a detaining projecting part 11 of the grip lever 8 is detained to the engaging hole 15a of the tip part 15 of the sheath member 13, and also, a detaining projection 15b of the tip part 15 of the sheath member 13 is detained into a detaining hole 12a of the grip lever 8 through a guide groove 12b. Also, to a metallic plate part 6 extended and provided from both edge parts 4, the grip part 7 is attached integrally, therefore, it is not feared that both the grip parts 7 become unsteady at the time of use. In such a way, the scissors become easily useable.
