Abstract:
To provide a forged scroll made of an aluminum alloy capable of driving by high speed rotation even in the case alternate fluorocarbon.
This forged scroll made of an aluminum alloy is produced by forging an aluminum alloy stock contg., by weight, 8 to 11% Si, 3.5 to 4.5% Cu, 0.3 to 1.0% Mg, and the balance aluminum with inevitable impurities. In the scroll, the deflective strength in the boss part 3 is regulated to ≥2,000kg, and deflective strength in the blade part 2 is regulated to ≥650kg.
