The forgery preventing sheet has two sheets 10a, 10b, respectively formed with each perforation 11a, 11b and stuck to each other, and an intermediate sheet 20 sandwiched between the two sheets 10a, 10b. Each perforation 11a, 11b comprises each cut part 15a, 15b and each tie part 16a, 16b and is respectively formed on each sheet 10a, 10b so as to overlap with each other in a state that the two sheets 10a, 10b are overlapped with each other. The intermediate sheet 20 is configured such that its whole surface is colored into a color different from that of the two sheets 10a, 10b and formed with each through-hole 21 in a region that faces each tie part 16a, 16b of each perforation 11a, 11b in a state that the intermediate sheet 20 is sandwiched between the two sheets 10a, 10b.
