CONSTITUTION: Plural raising and lowering forks 1a and 1b on which a housing object is loaded are arranged protrusively in a raising and lowering frame, and are made movable vertically along vertical directional raising and lowering space E. Housing divisions X and Y adjacent to the raising and lowering space E are arranged in the rear direction of the raising and lowering frame on both sides of respective floors of a multistoried housing tower. Laterally movable trays 5 laterally movable to the raising and lowering space E are arranged respectively in the housing divisions X and Y on the respective floors. Plural housing forks capable of passing by while meshing with the raising and lowering forks 1a and 1b are arranged protrusively on the laterally movable trays 5, and the laterally movable trays 5 are made movable laterally along laterally movable roller frames 7. A housing object carrying direction (arrow A direction) is set in the same direction with a moving direction of the laterally movable trays 5, and the housing divisions X and Y on the ground floor (the first floor) are used as a housing object carrying passage.
