PURPOSE: To eliminate the unnecessary action of a forklift by selecting parts requesting places where the parts is efficiently replenished by a computer and transmitting the corresponding parts replenishing signal towards the forklift.

CONSTITUTION: While a parts requesting signal from a parts requesting place 24 is inputted to a computer 26, when a forklift A awaiting an instruction arrives at one of plural communication stations 29 provided in the plant, the parts requesting place 24 to execute most efficiently the parts replenishment by the forklift A is selected out of the parts requesting places 24 requesting the present parts and the parts replenishing signal corresponding to this is transmitted to the forklift A. Consequently, an operation managing station where the forklift A is once gathered in a plant, is made unnecessary, and the next instruction can be received when the forklift A passes through the communication station 29 provided on several places on a passage. Thus, the operating efficiency of the forklift can be drastically increased.
