Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent accident by a forklift and disease of operator, and also increase work efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: An operating stand 6 is provided on a self-traveling vehicle 1, and an operating seat 14, on which an operator 13 sits down, steering device 15, and other steering devices are provided on the operating stand 6. The operating stand 6 is rotated around a vertical shaft O by a motor so that the operator 13 can face toward both forward and backward directions relative to the self- traveling vehicle 1. Thus the almost conventional works which needed backward movement and turnround operations can be made by forward movement operation only.
