PURPOSE: To provide the form apparatus of a PC member in which beams, etc., manufactured in a range of a certain predetermined size are easily operated in a relatively simple structure in the manufacturing yard of a building site.
CONSTITUTION: A bottom form iron plate 2 is laid on a base 1 having a central groove 1a between both end horizontal parts in a short side direction except the bottom of the groove. Fixed forms (a) having a length corresponding to the length of the beam are installed at both ends of the base. A movable form (b) having a jack J at the groove, and a header sealing form (c) for blocking the ends of the movable form and the stationary form are installed at the center of obtaining the forming space F' of the PC beam member from the stationary forms of both the ends.
