Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operational efficiency by enabling manufacture on an ordinary concrete product manufacturing line by a method wherein an inner mold is extracted outside the concrete product in a state that a form body is rotated by an appropriate angle on a rest part in removal of the form.
SOLUTION: A form 1 is provided for forming a cylindrical culvert block, and has a rest part 2 and a form body 3. The rest part is assembled flatly and oblongly, an upper face is a smooth plane, and a rotary shaft 10 is projectingly formed near a center. A bearing hole is formed on an under face at almost a center of a bottom plate part 8 of the form body 3, and the rotary shaft 10 of the rest part 2 is rotatably supported by the bearing hole. The form body 3 is rotated on the rest part 2 centering the rotary shaft 10 by wheels 11 and 12 provided in an under face of the bottom plate part 8. Since a direction for extracting an inner mold 5 can be changed by an appropriate angle from a line direction by rotating the form body 3 by an appropriate angle in removal of the form, the inner mold 5 can be removed by extracting out while the form 1 flows continuously.
