In this constructing method, the inner form 14 is made by sticking a cushioning material composed of a rubber plate 28 or urethane resin to the periphery of a recess 14a or a projection 14b on the concrete placed side of a metallic form. The cushioning material deforms to absorb relative displacement between the concrete and the forms 14, 15.
