To improve work efficiency by providing a form disassembling device for disassembling a form into upper and lower frames, a demolding device for demolding a mortar molding from the upper frame, and a form assembling device for assembling the disassembled upper and lower frames.
An upper frame 3 and a lower frame 5 are transferred to assembly-waiting positions, respectively. A holding body 77 lifts one upper frame 3 individually, moves it horizontally to the lower frame 5, and bring it down to engage each upper frame 3 with the lower frame 5. Additionally, when three upper frames 3 are engaged in sequence with the lower frames 5 and they are transported, a press means descends and pushes the upper frame 3 downward so that the frame 3 is set surely to the lower frame 5 even when the frame 3 is floated. The form 6 in which the upper and lower frames 3, 5 are integrated is further transferred to a main transportation apparatus 27, and an attachment frame 61 is attached to the form 6, which is to be filled with mortar appropriately. In this way, the automation of the processes in which the upper and lower frames 3, 5 are disassembled, assembled, washed, and demolded can be attempted.
