Abstract:
To obtain stable installation strength in the construction of a foundation of a structure such as large machinery by avoiding a decrease in force for fixing an anchor bolt and the foundation together, caused by cavities formed among a form, foundation concrete and mortar, when the foundation of the machinery is constructed by using the form for forming a concrete blockout.
This form is used for forming the concrete blockout by using a bottomed cylindrical body. A bottom surface 14 is formed as an inclined plane which is inclined in a vertical direction with respect to the perpendicular axis of the cylindrical body 11.
