Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for preparing a reinforced concrete product wherefrom projecting bars are made to project.
SOLUTION: Side frames 3 of a form A have parts for making a reinforcing bar 5 project, as windows, and projecting bars 6a are made to project from these windows. The windows are closed by placing thereon spacers 13 provided with cuts in conformity with the projecting bars 6a respectively and thereby the side frames 3 wherefrom the projecting bars 6a are made to project are constructed. The spacers 13 provided with the cuts in conformity with the reinforcing bar 6 are laid and held in the projecting bars 6a and the windows are closed up by raising the spacers 13 so that the cuts conform with the projecting bars 6a. The spacers 13 made to close up the windows by raising them so that the cuts conform with the projecting bars 6a are fixed by fixation means provided outside. Construction is so made that fixation means for the projecting bars 6a come into contact with the projecting bars 6a of the reinforcing bar 6 held in the form A and position the reinforcing bar 6.
