Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form forming unit and a form forming method using the form forming unit facilitating form assembling work while being able to set a space between form panels to a design value.
SOLUTION: The form panels 1 are installed to surround a concrete placing space, and separators 5 form bridges the opposed faces of the form panels 1. Since circular insert-through parts are formed at both ends of each separator 5 projecting to the non-opposed face side through the form panels 1, the form can be easily formed by inserting support reinforcements 8 through the insert-through parts. The space between the opposed faces of the form panels 1 can thereby be determined by the separators 5 without causing the forward or backward shift of the disposed position of the form panel according to a caulking condition like a conventional form forming unit. The form panels 1 can thus be disposed with the space of the design value.
