Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a form material for casing mortar which can be simply assembled without relying on a skilled craftsman in which size thereof can be adjusted in a stepless manner and which can be used even at different construction sites.
CONSTITUTION: Opposed ends of two sheath boards, each of which has a flat dovetail groove having a depth smaller than width thereof and in which bottom of the groove is flat and opposed side edges thereof form side walls of the groove and an elongated, flat inside board 16 is fitted into the groove in such a manner that it is slidable, in contact with the bottom of the groove, in the length direction thereof and retractable from the end of the sheath board, are connected through a hinge 41 whose rotation axis is parallel with width direction of the groove so that both the boards can form therebetween an angle equal to or larger than 90°, thereby to constitute a form material for casting mortar. A cut groove 17A is formed in each inside board, retractable from the dovetail groove of the sheath board, on the forward end of the board in such a manner that the groove extends from a side edge of the inside board in the width direction of the dovetail groove, the width (e) thereof being larger than the thickness (d) of the board 16.
