Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble and disassemble form members and reuse them, by vertically and laterally connecting mutually the four peripheries of the form members made of polyolefin resin foamed body in which tiles are fitted and held in a number of recesses to make an external form.
SOLUTION: This form member 10 is integrally formed with polyolefin resin foamed body (the compressive stress at 10% strain is 0.5-8.0kgf/cm2) or preferably polypropylene resin foamed body (1.0-6.0kgf/cm2) and lattice-shaped reinforcing projections 16 are formed at the outside face and tiles are fitted and retained in a number of recesses formed at the inside face. The form members 10 are vertically and laterally connected through connecting tools 20 by the protrusions and recessions 13, 14 formed at the four peripheries to form an external form and further, supported by the vertical and lateral end members or the like through separators retaining the distance from the inner form of the heat- insulation panel used as the form in common and concrete is placed to fix the tiles on the external face of the concrete wall body. Accordingly, the form members 10 can be easily assembled or disassembled and reused.
