To solve a problem that a plurality of clips and clamps, when a lateral thick-end material is disposed, cannot be mounted on places where the lateral thick-end material contacts in connecting form panels because they project to an outside part of an outer frame, and therefore it is hard to mount them at positions at regular intervals for corresponding to a lateral pressure of concrete.

The form panel is composed of the outer frame with a plurality of rectangular-shaped cross sections on the surface, a crosspiece and a sheathing board of a concrete form having a vertical groove. The outer frame is formed of L-shapes disposed at a regular intervals and includes more than one connecting-fixture receiving groove on the side and the bottom. Thus, the connecting fixture is fit into the connecting-fixture receiving groove, so that the surface of the outer frame becomes smooth for solving the problem.
