To provide a form panel, a frame for making form panels and form panel manufacturing equipment, where the form panel does not only prevent concrete from flowing out over its surface but is enough simple in structure to keep a stable form of piled-up panels when they are not in use, while preventing effectively the creation of burrs on the surface of concrete structures.
The form panel 1 is used in such a way that a plurality of them is vertically connected on top of another for containing concrete. On the upper or lower end surface of the joint between two form panels 1, is provided a concave-shaped whitewash stopper fit groove 5 along the longitudinal direction of the upper or lower end surface for a whitewash stopper 6 to be fitted in it for the prevention of cement leakage. Of the two protruding panel edges constituting the both side walls of this whitewash stopper fit groove 5, the panel edge 21 on the cement placement side is higher protruding than the panel edge 31 on the surface side.
