Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form removal jig capable of reducing the cost when removing mold forms.SOLUTION: Provided is the metallic form removal jig 10 which removes a concrete product 5 from a mold frame 40. The form removal jig 10 includes: a plate-like member 20 with a rear face 21 being in contact with the mold frame 40 and a top face 22 being in contact with the concrete product 5; and a form removal pin 30 extended in a removing direction X from a part of the top face 22 of the plate-like member 20 and goes through the concrete product 5, which is the tapered form removal pin 30 tapered toward the removing direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
