To provide a form rolling device capable of reliably preventing separation of both dies during the working, and realizing the consistent form rolling quality, a motor in which the machining quality of the shaft is consistent, and a manufacturing method of the shaft with consistent machining quality.
In the form rolling device 10, a head stock 16 is fixed to a bed 14. Beam passing blocks 62 and 64 are formed on both head stocks 16 and 34, and beams 66 and 68 pass through the beam passing blocks 62 and 64. Stoppers 70 and 72 are provided for locking on both ends of the beams 66 and 68. The head stocks 16 and 34 are integrally connected via the beams 66 and 68 against the external force to separate the head stocks 16 and 34 from each other in the axial direction of drive shafts 40 and 42. A die 90 is not displaced in the separating direction from a die 80 even when the reaction force from a work is applied to the die 90 because these external forces are resisted not only by the rigidity of the head stock 34, but also by the rigidity of the beams 66 and 68, the head stock 16, and the bed 14.
