CONSTITUTION: On the form rolling device that a form rolling tool (1) is engaged to a supporting part (3) with a pin (2) in freely rotationable, this form rolling tool (1) is rotated by utilizing the rotary force of a mate rolled material (7), and the form rolling tool (1) is pushed on this mate rolled material (7), the form rolling work is executed on an outer circumferential part of the mate rolled material (7), the feature is so that the rotation velocity of the form rolling tool (1) can be adjusted by utilizing a restoring force, etc., of a spring (5) from the side surface side of the form rolling tool (1), adding a pushing force through a sliding member (4), and adjusting this pushing force.
