Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form rolling die unit capable of reducing a workload when the form rolling die is mounted on a form rolling machine, a form rolling die set, a form rolling die, and a holder.SOLUTION: A form rolling die unit 1 is equipped with a holder 2 and a form rolling die 3. The form rolling die 2 is equipped with a groove portion 18 formed in a generally V-shape from one end portion on a back surface 14 side of a fixing surface 15 toward a front surface 13 side. The holder 2 is equipped with three holding pieces 45 at one end portion on a fixed surface 36 side of the back surface 34. When the form rolling die 3 is fixed to the holder 2, while the fixing surface 15 of the form rolling die 3 is fitted with the fixed surface 36, engaging portions 47 of the holding pieces 45 are engaged with a groove portion 18. The form rolling die 3 is positioned against the holder 2, and temporarily held by the holding pieces 45. Therefore, a worker can support the form rolling die 3 with smaller force than before, so that a workload can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
