Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent even heavy, particular and cubic tiles from dropping out during handling and prevent the tiles from falling into disorder or shifting the position due to the deformation of a plastic sheet and efficiently and smoothly set the tiles.

CONSTITUTION: A plastic sheet 4 is heated and closely stuck to the surface of tiles 2 arranged on a base frame 1 at every joint distance. Joint recesses 8 inserted in the joints are formed on the plastic sheet 4 and a back-up material 5 is charged in the clearance of the base frame 11 containing the joint recesses 8.
