PURPOSE: To install a form, fitting to the recessed and projecting part of a slope surface by disposing sheet-shaped bodies provided with plural through holes, being separated from each other in parallel, connecting both of them through a spacer to constitute a form, and making the effective diameter of the through hole a prescribed size.
CONSTITUTION: Sheet-shaped bodies 1, 1 provided with plural through holes la are disposed on a slope surface, being separated from each other in parallel, and the sheet-shaped bodies 1, 1 are connected through a spacer 2 to constitute a unit frame 10. Next, plural, unit frames 10, 10 are connected in a longitudinal direction to constitute a unit U, and the effective diameter of the through hole in the sheet-shaped body 1 is made 0.6-15mm. It is thus possible to facilitate carrying the unit frame 10 in a site and assemble it, and improve the strength of a material by discharging the floating water of the material through hole 1a.
