Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for a stand foundation part, capable of omitting assembly and disassembly work as a previously integrally molded leveling form, stackable in a plurality, capable of largely reducing a form installation space in installation to a carrying-installation object place, and capable of simplifying stand construction work.SOLUTION: A form body 11 is formed in a shape of removing upper-lower surfaces of a frustum, and a suspension-support member is arranged as inward projecting arrangement in a form body upper edge part, and since a form 10 can be stacked, when stacking a plurality of forms 10 when carrying and temporarily placing in a job site, the plurality of forms 10 can be collectively suspended and supported by connecting a predetermined form suspender 70 to the suspension-support member of the inward projecting arrangement even in a state of stacking the form in addition to being advantageous in terms of an occupied space of the form, and form handleability is improved such as in moving the plurality of forms 10 at once, and cost of the whole work can be reduced due to becoming advantageous in terms of form installation work on construction of a foundation part.
